Limited of Horndean, Hampshire, the ingredients of Country Wines are
natural to the English countryside and familiar to us all. The
particular constituents of each of Gale's wines are blended or
steeped with grape juice in the initial stages of fermentation and
then held for varying periods to allow the full flavour to be
extracted. It can be refreshing as a spritzer, long and cool in the
summer, or savoured more traditionally on its own - either way it is excellent.
